Street Lights : 2- Exchange Place at Night Exchange Place is a short yet historic looking street, joining Buchanan Street to Royal Exchange Square & onwards to Glasgow’s GoMA & Queen Street. It is probably best known locally for the ‘Art-Deco Styled’ Rogano Restaurant.
